The 32500 Asher note is fone. See the latest 10Q. Intepretation: investors were willing to underwrite for about 70MM shares. That is approximately at .0004/share which is market. What does that tell you? Seems to me they have the ability to replace Asher notes in the future. Bodes really really well for SAGD
