The last column label should be Maximum Conversion as a % of Oustanding Stock.

The table indicates that there is just basically one more large financing that needs to converted (if it hasn't already been done) and that is the one due January 2, 2014. Small one on July 2014.

Two possible scenarios here:
1. Assume OS = AS, 450M x 4.99% = 22.5M shares (not going happen; Asher loses money)
2. Assumes .0003 conversion rate of 32500 = 108M shares
