Obama Care etc, I wouldn't be surprised, though
what you're alleging re: Cartel is IMO far fetched.
Not that FDA is honest, they do hold grudges against
CEO's that thoroughly piss them off. Two names that
come to mind are AMLN, and MNKD. It took AMLN 3
different panel meetings to get Symlin approved
because Ginger forget her last name AMLN's CEO
and Al Mann (MNKD) have been trampled by the FDA.
I have heard from several sources that JZ severely
irked them.

If the FDA keeps this up everyone will forget about Secret Service sex scandal, Benghazi, Turbo tax Tim, Solaria.....all they'll remember is FDA officials being hauled off to Federal Prison for violating the one of the most sacred of American values... Free Trade.
