Those are very serious, pointed ( and as of now unproven) accusations. I would caution against printing things like this in a public forum lest you would like to be sued.

In the first paragraph of this letter ( which you say you resent and rewrote) you and BB all but indict and convict Mr. Fuson of serious criminal behavior without any proof. It is one thing to express concerns and couch things as "potentially" a conflict of interest or even criminal. It is another thing to smear his reputation and pass it around a public forum.


"It is clear to many people that John Fuson, a former FDA employee, is collaborating with GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) in an attempt to monopolize the EPA prescription fish oil industry and therefore violating the U.S. Sherman Act."


Its clear to many people? How so and who are these "many people" and what proof do "they" have? I am as pissed off as anyone here about what has happened to Amarin and I suspect there is foul play involved. However, at this point I have no proof of anything or proof of any particular party directing this show behind the scenes. All I'm saying is that it pays to be careful how one articulates their opinions and suspicions. Opinions and suspicion based on speculation and that are circumstantial at best.
