You are admitting in this forum that you are making an attempt to create selling pressure by placing a large number of shares for sale while simultaneously putting in an order to buy more at a lower price.
I think it sounds like an attempt to manipulate the market. Would the SEC consider this market manipulation....maybe. But you and many others are such small fish its pointless to make a case against you worth pursuing.
At least you have let everyone here know that you will do whatever it takes to accumulate more shares of the stock you have been so critical of. You have bashed management and have sounded like you were throwing in the towel many a times in the past.
This is not a personal attack but an outline of what you are doing to protect prospective investors reading this forum to help them see a clearer picture of what you have admitted to doing to help put your opinions in context with reality.
