"On what grounds can you call the CEO of this company a Crook or a scam"
Here's your starter:
It sounds like it might be timely to issue a reminder....
that NNAN is without doubt a penny stock scam, co-located as it is with a number of other palpable pump and dump scams, run as it has been for the sole benefit of a shadowy group of insiders associated with LLCs such as Technology Innovations, and "financed" by special purpose vehicles set up expressly for the objective of diverting would-be retail investors funds into private pockets.
And it must be said they are rather good at fleecing "investors".
There are periodic pumps that seem to establish a new group of true believers (all of whom disappear as soon as the pump has run its course), although it must be said that these pumps are both less frequent and result in lower highs each time.
While it is my belief that momo traders have been badly burnt by their timing on NNAN in the past couple of dumps, the one thing I am sure of is that only day traders with an exquisite sense of timing and more than their fair share of luck (and like Lake Woebegon's children, all of whom are above average, I've never ever met any other kind of day trader)will make money on this stock.
Anybody who buys and holds NNAN will inevitably lose the vast majority of their "investment", indeed all of it if they chase it down to the inevitable conclusion of bankruptcy or suspension by the SEC, whichever comes first.
Some due diligence for all our new friends on this MB, and for those who might have been attracted by all the posts hawking NNAN as the next big momo play:
