So where is the settlement 'we will be more than pleased with', as the lawyers stated? And what is going to happen in the Spring to make this company jump in PPS, as people here are saying? And where are we on the escrow waterfall? I can't understand some posters optimism about what,to me, is a badly managed company. I think we're still at book value after 2 years?

So tell me friend, what would you have bought for 200 mil.? What would you have done without jeopardizing the NOLS? Would you have bought a 2bn company for 200mil.? And why months ago?
