How interesting. But obviously we need to see that Suggestion of Bankruptcy filing. If the filing requires a case number for the bankruptcy, then there must BE a case.

It isn't clear who filed it, though. Stowe or Calbay? I wouldn't put it past Pawson just to make it up.

Generally, a "Suggestion of Bankruptcy" filing requires that the party filing the "Suggestion of Bankruptcy" must include the U.S. District Court where the bankruptcy was filed, and the case number.

And usually, it is the company in bankruptcy that files the "Suggestion" since the filing of the Suggestion of Bankruptcy stops collection efforts, while the bankruptcy case proceeds.

It would be worthwhile to see the actual "Suggestion of Bankruptcy" filing from Clark County, (Las Vegas, NV) and see if it cites a case number. If so, this could provide absolute proof that Cal-Bay is, in fact, involved in a bankruptcy proceeding.

I think the rules in Nevada are slightly different. Thats why Roger moved his office in a hotel in Henderson where he could run an office with a telephone.
Looks like people here are doing finally proper DD. Well done!
