I agree after reading the public version it would appear a slam dunk for IDCC. Its comical Nokia's arguements. We just need them to act on it now. We just need the ITC to confirm infringement based on the the intrepreation of the CAFC ruling and I would think NOK would finally come to the table. Not really sure what else the ITC is waiting for at this point.
