No. Krazy Al is a shareholder and an attorney. He filed the suit for six or seven of the most notorious Xers. It was dismissed. So he appealed to the Ninth Circuit. His appeal was rejected.

Then he tried to appeal to the Supreme Court. Yes, seriously. They declined to hear the appeal.

John Edwards has been in jail in the U.K. for more than two years, awaiting extradition. A couple of others were briefly jailed abroad, but agreed to come back for trial. A couple of others copped pleas. The trial is set for next year, but it's already been continued a million times.
