Well, we have a difference of opinion on the filing requirements. Apparently, even the IR guy was under the impression that something needed to be filed...I think he said they were waiting for filing codes. Maybe, you and him can reach some kind of consensus. Meanwhile, just to be on the safe side, I gave the SEC a heads up to be on the lookout for the filing that the IR guy said was forthcoming.

We shall see.
