Apparently, the blood bank business is growing by leaps and bounds which indicates (to me) that '14 will be a breakout year as new centers are brought on line. Additionally, had they not expended $ opening their own call center in Q2, earnings would have been significantly higher.
Over and above that, the European office indicates that something of great potential is in the future sights of mgmt. It seems that a small, but growing company would not attempt to enter the European market unless there was an opportunity of major importance.
