Alstom's in kind services are worth far more than most others on the planet in this field with the ERC and CO2 capture design integration. They are one of the top world experts on the rest of the process outside of the MVTG ERC that needs to be built with the ERC. Using their in-kind services will ensure that Alstom is 100% on board and will ensure that Alstom approves of the entire process front to back. And Alstom has the infrastructure, man power, customers and money to market and deploy the MVTG ERC-Alstom CO2 capture complete plants world wide over night, with out costing MVTG a dime.
"Actually Alstom's contributions to the pilot plant are purely in-kind (ie they are helping out with engineering and planning) and not actual cash."
Alstom also has the stroke to tape international governments for funds to complete the funding of the MVTG PP. They may eve have customers that are willing to co-fund the MVTG ERC PP. I have no doubt Alstom will fund the MVTG ERC PP if needed.
