so to recap over the 5 years -

Pre-seizure - pretty much wiped out
Post-seizure (depending on when you bought) - possibility of being wiped out ---> ended up with new shares ---> very possible at a loss currently

Current state of company - waiting for NOLs to be used by merging or acquisition of companies - may be a few months to years before being utilized.

After all that, you are still looking at daily pps and complaining that management is doing nothing
