Minimal dilution in order to fund an uplisting. But yes it was quite a discount but remember were still on the OTC and those shares will not be part of the float.....

All just my thoughts so take what there worth which is nothing because i'm not a broker haha.

This is why it tanked the last 2 days. So this info is already priced in IMO.

If they uplist and continue to grow at this rate this could see $10 a share within a year.


I'm more of a technical trader with a little bit of fundamental analysis.

If this can close above 4 for 2 days in a row with decent volume.... expect a big run IMO.
