I don't thinks so. I think it might have to do with discovery which SFOR has been trying to get White Sky to comply with.

I do not see any settlements any time soon. Not before year end anyways.

But if we could know how the court ruled, even on matters like this, it helps get a better picture as to who's arguments are most valid.
