I can't figure out what is going to happen to the CE/Non-Ce agreement for the patents under the Crucible. Maybe that's why the last patent the "verticle" patent. Didn't have the "Crucible" name to it.
APPLE knew about all this VISSER and ENGEL machine issue... So, they kind of lost control when LQMT decided to go with selling the machines. Would that CE/non CE agreement also have covered the BAsic Metal that lost its patent??? That would have worked only until another company created a machine
that could make CE parts....and now that company is ENGEL. (perhaps) We may as well face it, we have lost all the vision we had before...because with VISSER and the Crucible Patents and the CE/NON CE agreement, it was all in a nice package. Now that package is torn to shreds.. Talk about a conundrum. I'm holding...but now I'm not sure what I'm holding...what is LQMT NOW??? And APPLE buying LQMT..that's another can of worms...is APPLE going to be working with Lockheed Martin??
Even if APPLE buys LQMT...ENGEL is part owner of the "TURN KEY MACHINE" that may be able to make parts with the basic metal..so the cat seems to be out of the bag no matter what...

You still don't get it, no matter how many times it (the MTA) has been explained to you.

APPL has a PERPETUAL LICENSE to ALL RELEVANT LQMT (CIP) Technology... including the VACUUM CHAMBER and ENGEL MACHINES

What part of FOREVER do you NOT UNDERSTAND?

Only NEW Technology developed after February 2014 by LQMT or APPL will not be transferred to one another.

DO YOU GET IT? I AN NOT SHIR about that.

Most likely the TTA will contine as it has in the past.
It does not help LQMT to discontinue the free R&D.

However, if VPC does not trust LQMT management, it is very possible that APPL also does not trust LQMT management and may not wish to continue transferring Waniuk's and team's work to LQMT.
