I never have trusted the government, I have seen them bungle way too much stuff, and I include the SEC in that. People are human, and I think the SEC is just as corrupt in the way they have handled this stuff as others. Follow the money, and that includes GE, the shorts, the lawfirms and promoters behind floating stocks like APWR and APWR. I do not see any way that all these companies were total scams. In fact I think many of them sucked into a royal mass pump and dump, where the shorts were the real dump with lawfirms in cahoots with the shorts, and probably the SEC getting paid off revoke the shares to cover the short scams. I would not be the least bit surprised to see that GE was behind the shorts and the attack on APWR and the SEC pulling the plug.
