Well I did some research for the past week... and whether people think ACDU is a sham or not, alot of the timelines line perfectly up. It takes months to acquire land in Nicaragua. Title and deed verifications and processing also take an extremely long time. Lots go for quite a few pennies as well, in the hundreds of thousands to a million or two depending on size and location... It would be mutually beneficial for a company that noone will invest into but has the resources to acquire what a multi billion dollar company wants at the lowest possible prices, to do what is being done right now.
There may not be any direct tie-in, which is fine because business is alot bigger than just buying and selling things. There's also social and political pressure as well on every single decision a company makes... To tie HKND to a company filled with a not-so great past at this point would not help them in the slightest... but the buildup of a company from it's bottom level to a point where a group like HKND can actually do business with? a more solid and longer lasting approach, easily maintainable.
