#2732 RE: The Blaze #2728

Hi Blaze,

So ... excitement is relative to the perspective of the person viewing/evaluating the information.

1.  This PR is a rehash of a prior PR distributed via AzCATI.  So folks following this board have already seen it.
2.  The original never went out on the regular market wires as far as I can tell ...... which is what looks like what happened yesterday.  Dunno why .... could be knee jerk reaction by HEPI to the decline in price .... dunno.
3.  Prior to the 1st qtr of this year ...... with the exception of algal consultants (Dr Barry Rosen mainly), HEPI basically has had ZERO algal expertise beyond a part time staff biologist.  The partnership with AzCATI brings large scale algal expertise into the mix for the first time EVER.  It is the national algae testbed.  AzCATI will do the required research necessary to scale up the biomass (and subsequent isolated molecules) to commercial viability.  They'll develop and document it all.  HEPI has never had this capability.

Personally, my take on this partnership is that it is a big positive for HEPI.
1. The cost is peanuts. AzCATI is already funded via gov't grant.
2. HEPI's biomass and isolated molecules are again validated by a legitimate (exterior to the company) .... credible .... Source.
3. In my years of microcap investing ...... Many times, the best source of info is not the company, but rather those entities a company claims to be working with. It is even more important to do with companies with a history like HEPI's. For those who can't separate the last 3 yrs from the prior 7, (HEPI's past from its future) .... all one has to do is pick up the phone to talk to someone who has worked on the biomass or isolate ..... And ask questions to guage for yourself what is true and what isn't. HEPI tells you who they are working with in the PRs and it is pretty easy to Google names and find contact info. Funny thing, most investors wont do something like this as part of their DD. If you do this, its pretty easy to know when things posted on this board are lies and totally bogus.
4. No one on this board is qualified to provide a timeline as to how long the R&D process will take or when revenues will be generated.
5. We have in the PR the CEO quoted as saying ..... Now is the time to commercialize. That basically means to me that HEPI is ready to seek licensees. How long that process will take is anyone's guess as licensees would have to evaluate all of HEPIs accumulated data to determine whether or not there is commercial value and viability to their business within the stated vertical.

IMO .... The recent decline is indicative of impatience and lack of information. That is on mgmt. They put out a ton of info at the shareholder meeting rather than making public announcements. Also a mistake IMO on mgmt.

But I do think that HEPI .... today ..... can be marketing the biomass and molecules as stated and they also have Wellmetris now ..... which should also be ready for the market. The question is whether HEPI can seal a deal. All one can do is have skin in the game ...... Or stand aside and watch/wait as this is a new business phase for mgmt.

So ..... I have skin in the game. I watch and evaluate.
