Seems to me that MJNA is doing what is necessary to become successful. We don't know exactly what has transpired between MJNA and Dixie, but they are obviously going their separate ways. My point was that MJNA has rights to Dixie's intellectual property, so Dixie itself isn't required for our future success. Plus, Dixie (RDH) supplied MJNA with zero revenue last quarter. Not much of a loss in my eyes...

For whatever reason, it didn't work. I haven't spoken to Tripp and don't want to lay the blame with him entirely, but it's a fact that RDH didn't deliver, and he was in charge. My guess is that he had bigger fish to fry, but Dixie Botanicals was a total bust. Look at how much more traction the company has now with HempMedsPX leading the charge and distributing the CannaVest products. On the bright side, the deal seems pretty trivial in retrospect - it was a forward-looking JV where neither party really gave up anything but rather allocated how to share potential expansion profits. No expansion, no profits. The cost to MJNA is likely very low. It's more important to look ahead and to be prepared to win in the future.
