Insiders can sell a small block of shares for tons of reasons, be it they had some kind of emergency that required some immediate cash and all the way up some type of opportunity to buy something for really great deal price. This is seen throughout the markets and as long as it is not a notable amount of shares sold by numerous insiders, it is to be considered a non-event. Thus the way I see it, it is a non-event, as we could sit here all day thinking of what could have came up to prompt this small sell, even if the company has so much ahead to send the pps way higher. This has caused some to sell for all the wrong reasons and they are the ones who run around like chickens with their heads cut off, without ever making any money in the markets. JMHO
Cheers!
