I agree, so far no concerns. Although not happy about it. Will be watching to see if the Form 4's continue.

Well put, crookedneck. Everyone can postulate, but no one can say with certainty why the selling is occurring. This is a LT play for me, and I am underwater with a yacht full of shares and no money to avg down. but at no time today did I even consider selling because I know what I own.

Best advice for people in my situation: stay the course and this will likely not matter 6-12 months down the road.
