Good try, but no cigar. Only a true market novice and/or inept basher would cite these as a "lot of insider sales." There's no hint of insider dumping. On the contrary, we see strong insider support. One director sold 20,000 shares recently. Maybe he needed to pay his kids' college tuition. Before that (August 2005) one can see "lots of market BUYS." Go to the back of the class, son.
