Great post Shiloh. You're a 100% right. Thanksgiving isn't next week either, so that messes up the "set up" a little bit.

"Nothing similar about 630M in debt vs 41M."

Imsc made 13 million last fiscal year with a 41 million dollar debt load. Sure 630 million for DNDN is a large debt load, but their revenue was 300 million last year, about 75 million per quarter. 300M/year is half their debt. Half of 41 million is 20.5 million. IMSC didn't even make that.

As far as DMRJ knowing more, sure, but they only know what the company knows and based on managements track record of forward looking ANYTHING, I'm sure DMRJ is feeling similar to retail at this point.

Everyone has to agree that things look good for IMSC, I went on record as saying I'm bullish right here. But investors can't go forward with just looking at what can go right, but what can go wrong.

DMRJ is no different.

"This is a critical and exciting time for Implant Sciences. The QS-B220 has achieved a string of regulatory successes so far this year, and our systems have built a reputation for being easy-to-use and low-cost to maintain. We believe that an investment in trade shows and exhibitions this fall will help us capitalize on this momentum and increase our market share," stated Implant Sciences' President and CEO, Glenn D. Bolduc.

"I think you might be misinterpreting Glenn's use of the word "critical"- I listened to the CC and for me it referenced the immediate need to get new tech deployed to potentially save lives, not that his company is going to tank"

Firstly, Mr. Bolducs 'critical' quote I reference is not from a CC, this quote was from the Air Cargo Trade show PR. In Mr. Bolduc's quote, he is talking about the 'upcoming' trade show and how they can capitalize on SALES and keep MOMENTUM.....I don't see where he's trying to 'save the world' in this quote.

I stand by my original interpretation.
