PS- Critical means you are at a tipping point. For IMSC I take it as 'we now have to show, rather quickly, why we worked so have to achieve Approval, Safety Seal and Qualification'.

Perhaps Mr. Bolduc would take back that wording, I don't know. But critical is meant to be alarming. There is really no icing one can spread on that one.
