They dressed this one up by acquiring essentially an option on land with no money down and tying that acquisition story to the canal project. Nothing extraordinary as far as scam dressing goes.


Don't you think that commencement of construction in January is a little too ambitious considering that the canal project is not even close to a starting timetable?
