MJ, I can understand the Azuero connection to PTQ with RF in the top spot but Gold Dragon still retains its independence from both Azuero and PTQ from what I can see and Madison is totally out. What transaction or breach of agreement between PTQ and GD in put the Belencillo Concession (Palmilla) back in PTQ's hands?...because Mr Cruz apparently didn't get the memo.G
