I understand. But people aren't being provided with the truth. Wialan tech corp went out of business. Wialan tech LLC is an attempt to revive the company and there's nothing wrong with that. What is wrong, is people buying shares under false pretense.
There's a lot of potential with Wialan tech LLC. But some shareholders with millions of shares are more concerned about selling their shares than they are with presenting the facts as they are.
