NEW YORK (MarketWatch) -- Trading in all over-the-counter stocks has been halted on Thursday by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, which cited a lack of current quote information. The trading halt began at 11:25 a.m. Eastern time, Finra said in a notice on its website. OTC stocks are often low-priced and have low trading volumes, and they don't trade on major exchanges like the Nasdaq or New York Stock Exchange.
