No doubt otis FFI needs to get the train

off the side tracks and fire up main engines. Once the base is built expansion could be rapid. Ethanol market is just getting started. When the segment wakes up many small players will be in high demand.

As for Panda Energy and their $120 Millon Dollar contract: The good news for us is a few things. First of all Panda Announced that they were going to build that plant in May of 2005 so it is not a brand new one that popped up. Secondly they are still using corn to produce their Ethanol. Form their press release in May.

"Instead of using natural gas in its boilers, the plant will utilize technology that converts cattle manure and cotton gin waste into clean burning bio-gas to power the plant".

I agree that Herda does need to do all he can and I believe that he is doing more than we are aware of. Hope he drops us a bone soon.
