Wow, Frank has raised his target. I believe it is one of many to come today. A huge amount of uncertainty has been lifted by yesterday's news IMO and that is what the analysts wanted to see before going out on the line. For the past several years of cc's, there have been analysts on the calls who have not initiated coverage. I expect that to end soon with this news.
