Yes you are correct. Not only is it over 90% of their ENTIRE 2004 Revenues, it is recurring, and garners virtually 0 costs (except tax)..

I believe we had an accounting change in the way we recognize revenue during 2004: Essentially 1 qtr lag to accomodate sales report by licensees. Thus 2004 only had 3 qtrs of recurring revenue....I think.

Somehow I have the feeling that there is a word missing. Maybe it should be "three equal installments of $95 million total"?

Last quarter IDCC reported about $32 million in recurring revenue which is $128 million annualized. Not all of the $96 million will be for 2006. Some of it are for prior years. Still, as you noted, the LG license agreement will increase the recurring revenue significantly.
