Just looking at options for the Yahoo board, I'd much rather be here but there is more activity daily on that board. I guess if they move here and then we have a moderation issue, then we could go from there. Likely a big job for whomever is moderator.

Non-cash Gain for Q3 Profit

I read that as well, sounds very likely. My question is if they decide to offer shares at the same time that they report, it may balance out or even bring share price down. Is there any common knowledge that might say that usually a company waits before offering shares, or is it more likely to report positive news at the same time?
