The secondary offering takes a month or more, so it won't be next week. If they guide Q4 with optimistic generalities they can ride a wave until March and the secondary can be priced much higher.
If they are specific and the guidance is a loss for Q4, be it small, the PPS is uncertain.

And whoever wins the stock underwriting, will certainly have their analyst write a glowing report with a Buy rating.
