No idea. I assumed it meant 2-4 weeks to get components, then "ex-works" meaning WDRP is responsible for shipping cost and arrangements. Another assumption would be the shipping is less than a week so total of 5 weeks max to get the critical components in Robert's hands. That time has come and gone and WDRP says no idea when they will get components.
They used the "ex-works" term only to confuse those not familiar with it and keep timeline vague - it worked. We went from a 2-4 week "ex-works" time line to none at all.
