they got that land just this past April. it wasn't until June 2013 that HKND got approval to proceed and it was July 2013 when Bluefields was chosen. IMO they had the inside scoop and this ticker is being run out of Asia now. The Chinese have a lot of money to blow, and they speculate with the best of them.
