I think the operative word that WW used here is NEARLY profitable, which is true. Judging from news releases, I am upbeat that we are definitely closer and closer to profitability. I think for detractors, no matter how you feel about the company and demanding result immediately, you would still have to concede that things are clearly moving in the right direction in terms of revenue.

My thinking is that actual profitability will likely be Q1 or Q2 next year.

In this world of instant noodles and fast food, people need to realize that it takes time and effort to turn around a company. The prior group was fraudulent and either in jail or should be. Those number of years should have been written off in your heads as being lost for the company was not real. The jump start began after to try to salvage the situation and make real products and sales and turn the company around. That is a tough thing to do, considering legacy issues with SEC, and thus a deficit of trust within the investment (funds) community. I imagine that is almost harder than starting from scratch, which goodness knows is hard enough.

So for 3 years, to completely revamp, turn the ship around, create new products and strategy, then sell sufficiently to break out from the consequences from the past (ie. Debts, funding, legacy shareholders dumping due to distress/ spite, etc), this is happening in my opinion, within a good time frame. Selling into the government takes a longer sales cycle especially with all the crazy shutdowns and budget standoffs which create delay. Then we are coming into the holiday season...when it is unlikely to get significant sales.

Investors need to understand that this is not a sure-win get rich quick lottery (which may be how it was previously as a pump and dump stock), but an actual company with real world issues, delays and roadblocks that the company has to deal with and successfully resolve. We will eventually see success in my opinion. We just need to be understanding that things may or may not happen overnight. I remain optimistic about the company and it's possibilities in mobile defense, border security, disaster management and possibly game changing mobile connectivity for all in the future...who knows?

I look forward to Q1 or Q2 of next year! :)
