Why would ECO have to notify Home Depot when none of the wood they're selling has TPI stickers on them.

sounds like inside info getting leaked to YOU (whoever you are) before its public info. Not Good for you if you are leaking. TPI has been done since June. Furthermore they are certainly not the only game in town as you know.
