The bundles do, or so I have observed at all the PA and NJ stores I have walked into with product. If Eco isn't putting them on, then Home Depot is. Take your pick, as either answer is bad news.

Your website still references TPI as well. Apparently you missed at least one on the last clean-up a few days ago. Try again.

Because Eco's ICC-ES is biased on TPI's report. Which, accordingly to Homer was denied by TPI, and Conman's been notified by them months ago, to withdraw their report from ICC-ES's inclusions. I'd be guessing TPI is now sending a cease and desist.

In short:

HD's advertising and pamphlets and Eco's are basing the report as an approved fire, terminate, and fungus with 3rd party verification that's bogus. And Eco called every city/county they could stand, bragging to their Code panels about it too. basically TPI says,, yeah right, sorry but spray-painting borax in a poly coating really wasn't working for us, scratch it off.

'In fact we told you to knock it off months ago. Rather you resubmitted it to ICC and allowed them to believe we had not already told ya, 'see ya, wouldn't wanna be ya!!.''

'And in doing so, failing to notify ICC-ES, you've committed fraud!,, not fred, nor feud but Fraud. ' Cease and Desist!'

personally after reviewing Conman's SEC and Sec of state files, why is this not a no brainer?
