It's funny how you highlighted the second option Investigation of Fraud or Other Criminal Activities when clearly the activity thus far between the MM and FINRA was actually to provide information to validate current information which if suspected as incorrect would cause the first option Promotion/Spam without Adequate Current Information to be exercised
