I don't blame Fifer in the least for not WANTING to sell PTQ[who would voluntarily walk away from all those nice perks?]but if you don't pay the bank,then the bank is going to call the shots-period-doesn't MATTER what Fifer or the ''just wait'' boys want

....and meanwhile-the shareprice continues to drop but I'm sure VBgood will assure us thats ''positive''
