Approving this is a real slap in the face.....if the voting question were similar, we would have had a different outcome. Mgmt better speak clearly about direction and they better speak with some gut in them.
Nice how they don't actually say what these side effects mean in plain language, as in a term that would make one's hair stand on end if you knew what this combo means:
