Mantra may have occupied that space at one point (that address does show on older filings from 2011) but it certainly doesn't now.

Again, why would the company represent in an SEC filing that they occupy a post office box as their executive office that they are paying the CEO $1500 per month in rent? Probably because it is true. Except the part about it being 1,650 sq ft!

This company has no "office" and undoubtedly their office phone is a cell number.

Good luck finding anyone when this thing blows up and you are left with worthless certificates (if you even have them).
