Thanks for your opinion but sometimes companies do need to dilute shares to build the company that's why they go public. As soon as production is underway the debt will mean nothing...just pocket change. There is plenty of information on the intro page if you would like to further your DD...have a nice day

If this were to become a p&d, then hold on to your hat and don't hit the sell button before $2.00 a share! I just spent part of this morning reading the Grizzly Gold board here on iHub. On just one leased not owned "mining" property that never showed any reserves period, as an exploration co only, they ran a p&d all the way to $2.
Now with all of the trimmings NBRI has, all of the properties, pieces of new found gold, the history of the Ruby, the huge size of jewelry grade nuggets pulled out, I'd estimate that any share under $1.00 would be a ten bagger if you played the pump poorly. JMO only.
All of that said, I haven't been here as long as most. So I do feel for your impatience. Yet my own life experiences have taught me that impatience (or any strong feeling, including excessive optimism) can jade my view so that I don't see things clearly for what they are. Often, it is as it plays out that we come to know the facts of things. This is a business venture only. Every venture holds the possibility of success and/or failure...including the combinations.
Everything I've read and heard about this endeavor suggests that the long term success for all is what is important and central to the managements plan. So expecting a flash run up on pps short of news of good solid gold production is not a reasonable expectation. The concerns of how financing is affecting the current pps are troubling only in the immediate short term, but in the long term, good production is what it is all about...and that in multiple properties will put the immediate concerns well behind us.
The reasons this is a penny stock now on the OTC is because the principal players cannot finance the total endeavor on their own. We, as shareholders, have the opportunity to shoulder the financial risks this company has taken on, in hope of sharing in the profits to come. The risks are not pleasant, especially if one is given to worry. The reward is simply to share in either the success or failure of the co.
As to the notion that this is a p&d...then it is the most poorly played one ever, as pps for these trimmings if properly toted, should be in the hundreds of dollars per share!!! Take a look around both the OTC and Nasdaq at the other mining touts, their pps, and the properties they hold. There are some shell scam operations in the .006 range, exploring co's in the $.02's, and some developed co's on the Nasdaq or NYSE at $300.00 to over $4,000.00 pps. If this company is developed correctly for the long term for all of it's current holdings, in my opinion, it should end up in the higher ranking club. Maybe even exceed it as it continues to acquire more potential for future growth! Enjoy what you have!
No risk, no reward!

Rarefind: Thanks for your post and the analysis of NBRI's problem

Very informative to me and my understanding of the market forces NBRI and CEO Leopold face. Patience is the order for the balance of the year and, hopefully, on. JMHO

You are right that if there were to be insider buying, it would be a huge positive. But to say as was posted earlier that Leopold sold some of his shares to get his profit early, may not be fair at all. Perhaps his wife needed a surgery, or his kid needed a college bill paid. We don't know what it was, just that he needed money. If he needed money then, it's likely he doesn't have the extra now to buy back what he sold.
Insider buying would be nice, but don't be overly suspicious without some tangible proof about his selling two years ago (or whenever it was), or the lack of insider buying now.
Of course, if there were a huge block purchased now at the discounted prices, the board would be filled with rumors and accusations that the pps was deliberately manipulated to ensure the insiders fortunes...despite the fact that the current pps is available to us all. Some say that if long to buy on the dips to average down to increase profits on the rise.
Time will tell the story here. GLTA!

Where you see pump and dump possibility I see a beaten up stock due to years of delays offering a once in a decade opportunity.

Sorry if posting of factual data of the richness of our mines creates some protential red flag to you. Its all on the website for everyone long or not to see for themself.

If we were a pump and dump at all you have to think they would have went ahead and mined the Fraser without getting the BC archeologists blessing.

So many reasons to think the future will be golden.

So much changing of why we wont.

6 months ago gold going to $800. WRONG
3, 2 &1 month ago JMJ is going to crush us. WRONG
Today its the Ruby purchase deal thats going to destroy us. This will also be proved to be wrong.

Us longs like to discuss what has happened rather than what may or may not happen.

Agreed that the best way to end this nonsense is production & increasing production and on multiple fronts.

Ruby alone will take us to $1.00 in 18 months.
