Facts you have gold and lucky stated its worth billions but no insider buy stock.Thats a very telling fact you left out.Another fact doesn't seem to me the market where it counts believes a word of it.

Fact nbri invested over 1 million on the ruby.The real fact is retail investors are footing the bill.So far not one institutional investor will pony up money for a stock offering or in fact no insiders have stepped up to fund the mine.

Discounted vulture funding is all nbri can scrap up. That also in the end is paid by the retail investors who must buy the shares once converted. I've never seen so much crowing how things are so great as a stock heads lower and lower.To me thats another red flag of a possible pump and dump...imo
