It would be a shame for them to do all this and not get it. They probably figure with such a big contract that the signee should at least get some type of donation . They do it in Chicago all the time why not costa Rico . It's unfortunate but what else could be the hold up when our company has to beg for it on Facebook . Our company said they weren't going to say anything on Facebook anymore about the ppa because the buyer reads it and now our company goes on and says sign the contract that seems strange to me. Is nobody talking now and they have to use Facebook to communicate with the buyer .with this power shortage over there you would think they would want to sign this as soon as possible . I don't get it and the company isn't saying much about it but we are all stuck and have to stick it out hoping this goes through.
