I just think it is political bureaucracy. The chairman is very connected in Costa Rica so I would imagine communication channels are open.

Yeah should have put all my money into ACY$.. that one is a monster. Nice run but too late now to get cheap shares . Will have to stick it through here for the long haul and hope it goes through.

They would have posted this during business hours if this was a good update. How much longer do we have to wait if it goes through or not? If this drags on to 2014 not going to be happy.
