i disagree with snackman.

it's important for people to discuss why it is the previous ceo failed and how investors considered his performance so they don't make the same mistakes again.

but the appraisals also have to be rounded to be useful.

eg it wasn't that ss was evil. it was that he seemed willing to submit truth to optimism in a cause he thought just which has caused much of the ill will. people don't like being manipulated.

Discussion of the former CEO who wasted almost all the shareholder value of this company is appropriate and will continue as posters see fit on this board.

That person is still on the BoD, still has multiple family members and friends on the payroll and still takes money from the company.

The topic is far from being a dead horse.

Hi Snackman, after listening to todays call i think you (and many if not most of your posters) can now understand why a few of us tried so hard advocating years ago for a change of CEOs. This guy is a manager. He is setting priorities, setting goals, requiring accountability, and is a straight shooter, no BSer. Wave now has a real shot under effective management. Several of us lost posting previleges for advocating what now so clearly was necessary. I'm sorry the BoD took so long but better late than never. Investors do have influence we should have acted sooner and stronger. Things are improving and that should continue. That's good for us.
