#56439 RE: Confuscious #56436

How could the share price not matter to an investor in ECDC? How would subscribing to the theory of ECDC's future golden stairway to heaven matter when their percentage of ownership in company has not only been diluted, but, decimated beyond repair and he/she now owns essentially what can be purchased for a tiny fraction of the initial investment? When, if history repeats, except for brief periods of time, it will occur again?

How could the investor not care that the underlying business continuing relies on selling discounted shares and why would any investor or potential investor be interested until they were certain that the business was actually operating in a manner that did not rely on decimating investors percentage of ownership constantly to pay inflated salaries?

How could, 'looking under the hood' alleviate these stark realities?

Thank you.
